Branding Annual Themed Events

We are excited every year we have our Underwriting Event theme call with our valued long time digital, marketing, and design partner Atlantic Casualty Insurance Company. We are fortunate to have a client who loves pushing boundaries as much as we do while making their annual underwriting events fun with interesting creative themes. Since 2018, we've been helping with the creative materials related to each big event. Below are a few highlights. We've managed Covid hitting in 2020 and severe weather postponements through the years, but we are always happy to make this event big and fun every year.

2024-2025: Biker Bar Night

The client had a great idea to theme a night for the 2024 event in a Biker bar theme. We took the ACIC brand and reimagined it as a Harley-Davidson style biker brand including shirts, bandanas, temporary tattoos, matches, and more. Unfortunately hurricane Debby interfered and caused the event to be delayed to 2025, but we rolled with it!

2024-2025: The Greatest Show Night

Based on "The Greatest Showman" circus theme, we designed oversized invitation posters that were directly printed on canvas in an old side-show poster style. Enormous canvas posters were also created to be hung on each side of the entrance door. This was planned as the big event on the first night of the event, but hurricane Debby interfered and caused the event to be delayed to 2025.

2023: 80's Bodacious Blowout

This was the second event post Covid, and we wanted things to be as fun and energizing as possible. The client had the idea to do an 80's theme bash which was fun and inspiring. We came up with the name "80's Bodacious Blowout" and made invitations and packaging as if they were cassette tapes. The packaging had made up parody 80's song titles spun with an insurance underwriting theme.

2020, 2021, 2022: The Lock & Key Speakeasy

The client came to us wanting to do a fun speakeasy theme for 2020 which we were all about. We came up with the name "The Lock & Key Speakeasy" and designed invitations in a roaring 20's style as cards attached to keys that the attendees had to bring with them to enter. Accompanying materials at the event included gold foil printed matchboxes and napkins. Due to Covid, this event was delayed from 2020, then 2021, and then 2022. But the materials still came out beautiful and we were very excited about the results.

2019

This was one of the first events we went all out for. Based on a world travel theme, we designed a logo for the event along with invitations and materials in a ticket/travel book concept. Attendees could take notes and stamp their passport books at the event. We also created a mobile app attendees could use to scan "countries" around the event and add stamps to their digital passport books.
